Bought my first tee from them last month, wasn't expecting drama. At first the order looked fine, first impression of the product was good, fit and fabric decent. Then UPS mislaid the parcel (they'd marked it signature required) and emails to customer service bounced. Heard back slow on Instagram (a canned reply), so I was sceptical. After a week of nudging they opened an investigation and sent a replacement — relief, if a bit clunky.

My online shopping experience with this store was really disappointing. I ordered something, paid for it, but never got it. When I followed up on my order, they told me they never had it in stock. It's frustrating to find out that what I paid for was never actually there. And on top of that, they didn't even bother to respond to my emails. What's even worse is that they're still selling the item online even though it's not available.

Oh my goodness, I got these really adorable ripped jeans and I was so pumped to wear them, but it's been like over two weeks and they still haven't shown up! I even sent them two emails and they haven't even bothered to reply! Like, where is my order, hello?! And on top of that, they only give store credit if you have an issue, like what a joke! Honestly, I am not impressed at all.

My experience ordering from this store was super frustrating. I ordered 7 items, but then got emails telling me 2 of them were oversold and I wouldn't get them. I did get a refund, but it still left a bad taste. I've been shopping online for years and never had this issue. I wouldn't recommend buying from their website since there's no guarantee you'll actually get what you order.
