I almost didn't buy it — I had this nagging doubt about the pricing and I should've checked more. Needed it for my daily home office and commute, so I went ahead. It arrived and works well enough, not perfect but dependable. They billed me in US dollars instead of Australian dollars and I only noticed later, so that sting didn't help — felt like a currency magic trick. Service was meh.

I bought something from this store not too long ago, and I had a big problem with how they handled the currency conversion. Even though they're in Canada, they ended up charging me in a different currency by mistake. It was really confusing and frustrating for me as a customer. It's pretty annoying to see a well-known brand mess up something as simple as that.
