CommunicationSo, ya know, I bought this really adorable outfit for my school dance, but then I had the worst experience ever. I didn't get my store credit and I tried to get in touch with them so many times - calling, emailing, messaging on Facebook and Insta, and even going to the store in person. But they just didn't seem to care at all. I guess I'll give reporting them a shot, but it seems like others have already done that and they're still in business.
