Stylus tab issue
Hey, so I've been purchasing stuff for a while now, and recently my tablet stylus just conked out on me. I got in touch with the team and they promised quick support, but I ended up waiting and waiting with no updates in sight. I kept reaching out, they kept promising an update was coming soon, but in the end, nothing happened. To top it off, I got banned out of nowhere! I offered some constructive feedback and now they won't even bother looking into my problem. This has got to be the absolute worst after-sales service I've ever had, and you can bet I won't be buying from them again!
Recent OnePlus phone purchase
I bought a phone from their site because they said it came with a UK Charger. But when my order arrived, the charger was nowhere to be found. When I reached out to the support team, they lied and said they didn't have the charger in stock, even though their website clearly said otherwise. Dealing with their dishonesty and refusal to fix the problem was really frustrating.

I've been using my Oneplus for the last 2 years and my display has crapped out on me twice in that time. It's been so frustrating and honestly, I wouldn't recommend this brand to anyone. I'd say go for something else like an iPhone or another trusted brand.
Trade-in phone experience
My experience with trading in my old phones with this company has been terrible. I've been dealing with their incompetence and lack of communication for the past two months. Twice they said they didn't get my old phones, even though the tracking info clearly showed they got them. The first time, it took three weeks to fix and then they charged me back right away. Now, the same thing happened again, with one phone showing delivered nearly two months ago. I've told them they have three days to fix this, or I'll contact my bank. Their talk about caring for customers is fake, I've seen the opposite. That's why I'm going back to Samsung for my next phone.
Faulty phone, terrible customer service
I just got a new phone, but there's a problem with the screen protector. I reached out to customer service to get a replacement, but they're not being very helpful or quick about it. I really need the phone for an upcoming trip, and the fact that they're taking their time is just not okay. This company is seriously the worst I've ever dealt with.
OnePlus Open
I've been a loyal customer of this brand for a long time, and I've always been impressed by how well their devices are made. But I recently bought the OnePlus Open, and I have to say I was really let down by the user experience. Even though the build quality was still great, the device itself just didn't work well. It was always glitchy and frustrating to use, especially the small screen edge that didn't respond well to touch and needed multiple taps to work. It's been a real pain, and it's definitely made me a lot less happy with the product. I hate to say it, but based on my own experience, I can't recommend the OnePlus Open to others, and I probably won't be buying any more OnePlus devices in the future.

2. So I went all out and got myself a brand spanking new phone, the Oneplus 12R. But let me tell you, the picture quality? A total letdown. It's like looking through a foggy window - so disappointing. And if that wasn't bad enough, when I called customer service to vent about it, they hit me with the 16th day rule instead of the 15th day. Talk about bad luck! The guy on the phone, Daniel, was about as helpful as a screen door on a submarine. When I asked to speak to his boss, Daniel shut me down, saying I'd just get the same runaround. What a joke! Definitely steer clear of these guys.
