TrackingMy experience with trading in my old phones with this company has been terrible. I've been dealing with their incompetence and lack of communication for the past two months. Twice they said they didn't get my old phones, even though the tracking info clearly showed they got them. The first time, it took three weeks to fix and then they charged me back right away. Now, the same thing happened again, with one phone showing delivered nearly two months ago. I've told them they have three days to fix this, or I'll contact my bank. Their talk about caring for customers is fake, I've seen the opposite. That's why I'm going back to Samsung for my next phone.
