Order never sent, be careful
Order never sent, be careful
Returns & RefundsHere's the thing, don't buy from them. My order never shipped. I kept emailing and called, but the rep Zack Russell refused a refund or to resend the items. It's getting ridiculous — I just want my money back or the order sent again. If you're thinking of ordering, maybe wait or double-check.
Coffee, a charge and a tiny victory

Returns & Refundskeep screenshots, start a dispute sooner rather than later. Annoying, but relieved now, honestly.
Eventually refunded, but a hassle
Eventually refunded, but a hassle
Returns & RefundsI bought a phone because my old one died and I needed it for work, so I was on a tight timeline. The parcel never showed; the carrier admitted they’d lost it. OnePlus was slow — two weeks of "we’re looking into it" and no real updates. After several messages I started a credit card dispute and finally got my money back. That refund moment is when I felt satisfied — relief more than anything. Not great service, extra stress, but the refund fixed the main issue.
Trade-in that turned into a lesson
Trade-in that turned into a lesson
Returns & Refundssmooth, too good to worry about. Then the handoff to Mondoaffari happened and things shifted. The final offer was much lower than the quote. I started emailing. Short, polite messages. Mostly canned answers back. Weeks went by. No payment. A lot of back-and-forth that never fixed anything. It got draining. I was out cash and patience. The moment I felt oddly satisfied came later — when I wrote this up to warn others. Not because everything was fixed. Far from it. But because sharing the experience felt like taking action, like finally doing something useful with all that stress. I’m relieved to have said it out loud. I’d hoped OnePlus would manage their partners better. If you’re thinking of their trade-in, check who’s handling it and keep receipts. Emotional note: I’m still annoyed, but at least I don’t feel helpless anymore.
Earbuds replacement issue
Earbuds replacement issue
Returns & RefundsSo, I had a bit of a frustrating situation lately with my earbuds. They broke for the second time! I found out a month ago that they don't make that model anymore, and in order to get a replacement, I had to send them back. At first, they offered me a worse model which I didn't want. After some going back and forth, they finally agreed to give me a different model for half the price, minus what I originally paid. I thought that was fair, so I sent back the broken earbuds like they asked. But then, once OnePlus got them, they went back on their word and said they didn't remember the deal, even though I had proof in the email conversation from the live chat. The customer service then offered me the bad product again or a voucher for the amount I paid for my old earbuds, which wasn't what we agreed on. I asked for it to be escalated to customer complaints, but I haven't heard back yet. It's been a month now, and I still don't have my headphones, which is messing with my work. I've been a loyal OnePlus customer, spending a lot of money on phones and accessories over the years, so I expect better treatment than this.
Returned order for one of the devices
Returned order for one of the devices
Returns & RefundsI am so frustrated with the service I got from this company. I had to wait forever to return my device because of their UPS label problem, which is totally not okay. And on top of that, I've been waiting for like 8 weeks now for a refund for my device and still haven't gotten my money back. It's so annoying and disappointing to deal with such a company that says they give great service. I really suggest you think twice before ordering from them, because my experience has been a total nightmare.
