I hesitated but needed a phone for daily work and kids' photos. Paid extra for next-day shipping; a week later still no delivery, no update. Kept checking, still nothing, sigh.

three weeks of waiting, then "no stock, another week maybe"... I mean, ridiculous. Not perfect, but once I got it, it worked fine, really.

I first spotted the deal on a tech Instagram account and even told my brother about it — looked like a solid buy. I ordered a phone and a watch, paid right away, then the tracking later said "delivered" and I stared at an empty doorstep. Asked neighbours, checked the building office, nothing. I reached out to customer support a bunch of times; responses felt like copy-paste and then one rep, Zack, stopped answering after a few emails. They kept saying they'd sort it out, same line every time, but no refund, no reship, nothing. I'm in Toronto and it’s the delivery claim combined with the radio silence from CS that bugs me most. I was actually excited for the phone — photos and specs looked great — so it's annoying to be left hanging. I did tip a friend to look at the same promo and now I’m a bit embarrassed. Still hoping they do the right thing; a real phone call or an actual person following up would calm things down. For now I'm keeping all emails and screenshots, just in case. It's unresolved and frustrating, but not impossible to fix if someone actually follows through.

I recently bought 10 phones from the company for my business, but ran into some problems. They only sent 8 of them and kept the other 2 for two weeks without explaining why. I needed all the phones for my employees, so this delay was really inconvenient. When I tried to return the 2 phones because of these issues, they wouldn't give me a refund. They didn't reply to my emails, even after I sent the phones back using their return label. This lack of communication and not following through is really disappointing and unprofessional.

I bought a phone from their site because they said it came with a UK Charger. But when my order arrived, the charger was nowhere to be found. When I reached out to the support team, they lied and said they didn't have the charger in stock, even though their website clearly said otherwise. Dealing with their dishonesty and refusal to fix the problem was really frustrating.
