    Recent purchase - replacement for broken gift

    I recently contacted customer service about a gift I bought in July 2023 that broke after a few months. Even though it had been a while since I first bought it, I was happy with the great customer service I got. The person I talked to was really nice and helpful, and they quickly organized a replacement for me. I was really impressed with how well they dealt with my request, especially considering how much time had passed since I placed my order. I appreciate their help and I would definitely recommend their services to others.
