Returns & RefundsSo, yeah, I ordered something from this place for the first time, eh? It arrived on time and the packaging was super cute and everything. But when I opened it, I was like, ugh, this is not what I wanted at all. So, I had to contact the customer service, and even tried reaching out to the seller, but no response from them, pretty rude, eh? They said I had to pay to send it back. Like, seriously? Most places would allow you to return items if you're not happy with them. Anyway, I was so upset, I was gonna give them a 1-star rating, but then the customer service person replied fairly quickly, so I ended up giving them 2 stars. First time shopping with them and definitely the last time, no thank you.
