My recent purchase showed up late and the gift was sent without any protection, so it ended up getting all damaged. I tried to get in touch with the company twice, but no luck, didn't hear back at all. Overall, I was pretty let down by the whole thing and I've made up my mind not to use their services again.

I ordered this sweet engraved gift for my wife for our anniversary. They told me it would arrive by Thursday, but it didn't come. I got an email saying it would be delayed until Friday. I was disappointed because our anniversary had already happened. Not impressed, not at all. I wouldn't suggest using them if you want your stuff on time.

I ordered a personalized wooden sign from this website not too long ago, but sadly, it never showed up. The seller says they sent it to the wrong address, which is really annoying and upsetting. I definitely won't be shopping with them again.

The art print I bought from here was really great quality - the design was so nice and the print came out really clear. But, I was kind of bummed out by the delivery info. The website said it would come by a certain date, but it ended up being sent with a service that hasn't been super reliable before. So, I didn't get the print in time for when I wanted to use it. The print itself was awesome, but the delivery estimate being off was a bit of a disappointment.
