I gotta give props to the customer service rep, Carmen, she totally rocked handling my return. But man, waiting forever for my order to show up was not what I had in mind. And don't even get me started on the other staff who couldn't get their act together to check my order. Seriously annoying.

Champagne Diamante Feather Pajama Set

I just bought the Champagne Diamante Feather Pajama Set for me and some of my bridesmaids. But when they arrived, we saw that some stones were missing from the back of the pajamas. I contacted Customer Service right away and talked to John S. He was really helpful and fixed the problem quickly. I sent him pictures of the faulty items, and he arranged to send us replacements right away. I'm happy with the great customer service from John and the team.

Return process difficulties

I just tried to do a return on the website, but the system couldn't recognize the order number I copied and pasted from my email. I tried to email them, but it looks like the email address they gave is wrong or they're not checking it. It's been really annoying and taking up so much time, all I want to do is return my item and be done with it. It's too bad the return process is turning into such a pain.

I recently bought some stuff at *store* that I totally regret. The clothes seemed so nice on the website, but when they came, they were such poor quality and didn't fit well at all. I right away tried to send them back, like they said to, but it's been such a hassle trying to get my money back. They're saying they can't find the shipping label they gave me and now I'm out $200. Learn from me and don't shop there unless you want to waste your money.

I ordered a cute vest but it came with a defect

Oh, eh! I got this real cute vest from them, ya know? But when it arrived, there was this defect on it, eh. I was so bummed out, but then I chatted with this super nice customer care assistant named Mei, eh. She totally helped me out, eh. She was like, so sweet and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, eh. Plus, the whole process was so quick and easy, eh. Overall, I've had mostly good experiences with my orders from here, just this one little hiccup, ya know?
