I've been ordering from this company for a while now and I gotta say, they always come through for me. This is my 4th time ordering from them and I've never had any problems with the stuff I've bought. The folks at this company are always super friendly and helpful, they always answer any questions I have and make sure I'm happy with my order. It really shows how much they care about their customers and I appreciate that.

I went to the Halifax Shopping Center the other day to check out a new TV. The sales clerk there told me they had one in stock and said they'd save it for me. But when I went to grab it, turns out they were wrong. The clerk said they made a mistake and didn't actually have it. I was pretty annoyed with the lack of responsibility on their end and how they weren't upfront with me.

I just bought the Champagne Diamante Feather Pajama Set for me and some of my bridesmaids. But when they arrived, we saw that some stones were missing from the back of the pajamas. I contacted Customer Service right away and talked to John S. He was really helpful and fixed the problem quickly. I sent him pictures of the faulty items, and he arranged to send us replacements right away. I'm happy with the great customer service from John and the team.
