App & PortalMy recent experience shopping at Moosejaw was a letdown. A few weeks back, I bought something but had to return it because the size wasn't right. But while I was dealing with that, I realized they had made some big changes to their online system. All my account history and saved info, like past purchases, were all gone. It made returning the item a real headache.
