Just like what the review from the UK said, I had really high expectations for the wireless headphones I bought. But man, was I let down big time. They took my money and didn't even give me the goods, plus they were terrible at keeping in touch. Now I'm stuck here trying to get my cash back with no end in sight. It's really too bad that a product that was hyped up so much turned out to be a total bust. Be careful not to get roped in by all the hype and lies in ads.

My experience with this company has been terrible. I used the earbuds for a short time and my left one cracked, fell out, and stopped charging. When I asked customer support for help, they weren't very helpful. They kept telling me to do hard resets that didn't fix the problem. It's obvious this company doesn't value its customers or uphold its guarantee. I strongly recommend not doing business with them.
