Honestly, I'm so bummed I wasted a bunch of money on these headphones ‘cause they crapped out on me after just a few uses. The customer service I got was a total letdown. They told me the defect in my headphones, even though I babied them, couldn't be fixed, so now I gotta fork out more cash for a new set. This whole thing really soured me, and I'd tell others to really think it over before buying these headphones.

The bass is basically non-existent. I tried to get a replacement, and all they offered was a used one instead of a brand new one. So stingy!
