Communicationpoor initial communication, clumsy marketing timing, and slow responses. But a real person finally stepped in and fixed things enough that I didn't escalate further. Would I buy again? Maybe, but I'd be cautious and track the order closely. If delivery and customer service had been clearer from the start, this would have been a straightforward purchase. As it is, I'm mildly satisfied but still a bit wary. For anyone thinking of ordering: ask questions early, and don't assume the marketing emails reflect your order status.
