My last online purchase was a total nightmare from beginning to end. I ordered something and waited forever for it to show up, only to find out it got lost while being delivered by the courier service they picked. It took them forever to figure out what went wrong, and even longer to give me my money back. The whole thing was just a big frustrating mess, and I definitely won't be buying from them again.

I just bought a birthday present online, and I was really let down by the whole thing. They said it would be delivered in 3-5 business days, but it didn't even ship until 6 days later. I tried emailing them a bunch of times and even called their customer service, but all I got were unhelpful voicemail messages. And when they finally emailed me back, I couldn't even track my order. I'm really disappointed with their lack of responsibility and bad service.

I was so happy with my recent purchase from this store. The delivery was lightning fast, it got here in just one day. Ordering was a breeze, super efficient, and I was thrilled with how quickly everything was processed. Oona from customer service was awesome, she was really nice and helped me out with all my questions. All in all, my time at this store was great, and I'll definitely be coming back for more shopping in the future.
