CheckoutI recently made a purchase from your online outlet store and it was a total disaster. I placed my order four days ago and paid with my credit card, only to later find out that the items were going to be shipped from China. This was never mentioned to me when I was placing the order. To top it off, the amount shown on my bank account was higher than what I originally paid, and it was listed as BB-AIMPUZZLE HONG KONG. The tracking site provided in the email from your company still says "ORDER NOT FOUND" even after four days. So, I had to cancel my credit card because I was worried about possible fraud. This whole experience made me feel like I was being scammed, especially after reading bad reviews on your Facebook page. I'll honestly be shocked if the items actually arrive, and if they do, I might change my review.
