Lumens - Reviews and experiences

I'm so disappointed with the service from this company. I used their services for a design project and it's been a total nightmare. They promised free shipping, but my client kept getting bills from Fedex which added extra costs. I tried reaching out to Lumens multiple times about this problem, but no luck. And to make things worse, one of the light fixtures arrived broken and I'm still waiting for a refund. It's frustrating to have to waste so much time fixing things after buying. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.

I bought some pendant lighting for my kitchen from this store a few years ago, and it turned out to be a big mistake. Those pendants were just waiting to cause trouble. They kept failing on me, and to make matters worse, they ate up expensive halogen bulbs like it was nobody's business. I tried to warn others by writing a couple of reviews about the issues and high costs, but my reviews never saw the light of day on the website. It seems like they only want to show off the shiny 4-5 star ratings, while ignoring the real feedback from customers like me who actually had problems with their purchases.

I just bought some new home lighting fixtures from this company, and I have to admit, I was really impressed with how professional and knowledgeable the staff were. As soon as I walked in, they greeted me warmly and made sure I had everything I needed during my visit. They knew a lot about the products and helped me pick out the perfect fixtures for my home. I left feeling really good about my choices and happy with my purchase. Thanks for the great service!
