don’t expect a smooth purchase. I saw the fixture on Instagram and a friend actually tipped me to their sale, so I ordered. At first I thought it’d be fine, but the whole follow-up was a mess — and yet, after a long dance, they did refund me, so there’s that relief. The chandelier I ordered never arrived; instead they sent a replacement that was smashed to bits. It was shipped with a standard courier, not a white-glove service, so that wasn’t a surprise. They asked for photos — fair request — but after that everything slowed to a crawl. What followed was dozens of calls, different reps every time, each one with a different story. At one point they expected me (I’m not tiny, but still) to haul an 85 lb shattered chandelier to a drop-off point. That’s not realistic unless you have movers and, you know, a truck. I told them repeatedly I couldn’t and shouldn’t have to pay to return something they broke. They insisted they needed the item back before refunding me. Then they agreed to pick it up, didn’t show, told me to throw it away, then demanded I pay for collection when they finally offered pickup again. It was inconsistent and frankly exhausting. After I pushed and pushed — more calls than I can count — they did issue a refund. I’m genuinely glad that part is over, and grateful I didn’t lose the money, but the process was unnecessarily painful and inefficient. If you’re tight on time or don’t want to become a permanent customer-service contact, avoid this. If you’re patient and persistent you might get a refund in the end, but expect to spend hours on the phone and to arrange things you shouldn’t have to. Lessons learned: don’t assume courier packaging equals careful handling, and don’t expect clear communication.

I bought some pendant lights for my second home not too long ago, but I ended up having to send them back. When the lights showed up, they were all bundled together and way heavier than I thought they'd be. It was a pain trying to return them, since I got hit with a big charge for sending them back and had to deal with two different labels. The person on customer service I talked to didn't really seem to care about my complaints and didn't help me out at all.

Sending back items to this company was a total nightmare. It took a whole six weeks for me to get my credit after sending back four items. I had to make multiple calls, and even then, I only got $2,000 out of the $3,000 they owed me. It took three weeks just to get that part of my money back. Dealing with the rest of the money was a real pain, and it wasn't until two months later that I finally got the remaining $1,000. This whole experience has really turned me off, and I won't be buying from them again. I used to be a regular and big spender, but this has really made me think twice about my loyalty. I definitely wouldn't recommend ordering from this company, the return process was a complete mess. Be careful if you decide to buy from there!
