Birthday gift order
I bought a birthday gift at Liberty London, but I was really let down by the service. I asked for a gift card message to be included, but it didn't end up in the order when it was received. It was pretty embarrassing since it was meant to be a nice touch. They didn't apologize or offer anything to make up for the mistake. Because of this bad experience, I've decided to close my account with Liberty London and won't be buying anything from them again.
Gift purchase disappointment
Just wanted to share my recent experience with a purchase I made at this store. Honestly, I was really disappointed. The thing I bought was pricey and I was expecting top-notch quality. But when it showed up, the packaging was terrible, the gift card looked cheap, and the returns form was all crumpled. It was so embarrassing, I had to rush out and find a decent gift bag to make it look presentable. And on top of all that, I shelled out extra cash for next day delivery, but it ended up being dropped off way out of my way, making it a hassle to pick up. Just wasn't impressed at all.
What I bought - cute sweater
That was the worst shopping experience ever! I used a gift card but still got charged the full amount. I emailed them but got no response. When I called customer service, they told me to return my order and buy it again instead of giving me a refund - so much unnecessary trouble! When I tried to explain, I was accused of being sketchy and the lady on the phone just hung up on me. So rude and not helpful at all!
