CheckoutI recently tried to buy something online and it was the worst shopping experience ever. The customer service was no help at all and couldn't fix any of the problems I had. I tried to place an order more than 10 times but I still couldn't do it. I kept going because I had some vouchers to use, but even that didn't make it any better. I'm really disappointed with the service I got and I won't be shopping there again willingly.

CheckoutThat was the worst shopping experience ever! I used a gift card but still got charged the full amount. I emailed them but got no response. When I called customer service, they told me to return my order and buy it again instead of giving me a refund - so much unnecessary trouble! When I tried to explain, I was accused of being sketchy and the lady on the phone just hung up on me. So rude and not helpful at all!
