CommunicationI got my Liberty Beauty Box last Tuesday, but I was kind of bummed because I never got an email from Liberty or Yodel letting me know when it was going to arrive. Normally, I get an email every three months, but this time, I didn't hear anything. I contacted customer service about it and they said they would send me another beauty box. It was nice of them to do that, but I just wanted an email explaining why there was a mix-up, not another box.

CommunicationI bought a fragrance gift set from this store not long ago, but it ended up being a bit of a hassle. The website was easy to use and I ordered it without any problems. But when the package came, it was missing one of the items from the set. I contacted customer service, and at first they got back to me, but now they haven't followed up or fixed the issue. The fact that their online service lacks communication and reliability is worrying, and it's really disappointing to experience such bad customer service.
