Levenger - Reviews and experiences

I just bought two pens at Levenger because they had a sale - buy one, get one free. I got charged right away but then didn't hear anything about my order for a while. When I asked about it, they told me only one pen had been shipped. I didn't get any updates about the second pen or why they charged me so soon. It felt like their customer service was lacking in communication and transparency.

I recently bought a notebook and I was really let down by the quality of it. The spacing between lines was too small, and it caught me off guard that the dimensions weren't clearly listed in the product info. Also, the folder inserts in the front cover made bumps when I wrote on the left side page, making it hard to write smoothly. The placeholder on the right side cover also made a bump when I wrote on the right side page, which made using the notebook even more frustrating. Basically, I wanted a 1/2 inch flat surface but this notebook didn't give me that. Also, I bought extra paper that I now have to return, which is just another hassle. I'm really disappointed with my purchase and I'd like to return it all.

I was pretty upset at first because my order was delayed, but the folks in customer service were really friendly and cleared everything up for me right away. They even shipped out my personalized items quicker than expected! The delayed item only arrived a day late, so it wasn't a big deal. The items I received were really awesome, so it all worked out in the end. Thanks a lot!

I just talked to this amazing customer service person who was so professional and nice. They really went out of their way to make sure I got everything I needed and more. They paid attention to all the little things and worked with me to make everything super easy and pleasant. This person really represents the company's values well and is a huge asset.
