Quietly loving it

ProductI was sceptical — use it at the kitchen table daily, feels solid, keys comfy, battery lasts

Productactually pretty solid.

Producta bit bland and slow to boot. Used it daily for Amazon PPC tasks. Around week three it just handled everything. Pretty happy now.
Three Lenovos, mixed feelings
Three Lenovos, mixed feelings
ProductNot great at first, but I’m not totally annoyed. Bought mine after a coworker suggested it. Fast battery drain, noisy fans and screen marks. Support helped, so it's usable now.

ProductI'm actually fairly happy now, even after a rocky start. Bought a Lenovo gaming laptop, it hammered during games and crashed a lot, so they swapped it for a newer unit. At first I was skeptical, black screens and browser freezes still popped up, but after a few updates and tweaks it's stable for daily gaming, work and streaming. Would recommend with a grain of caution.
V15 laptop purchase
V15 laptop purchase
ProductThis V15 laptop is just terrible, eh? I've only had it for 15 months and already the hinges have snapped right off the cheap plastic bracket, wrecking the screen. Can you believe how badly made this thing is? And to top it off, Lenovo doesn't seem to give a hoot about their customers' complaints on TrustPilot, they're just turning a blind eye instead of fixing the problems. It's obvious that they care more about money than making sure their customers are happy, which is really disappointing and just not right.
Yoga slim 7 laptop
Yoga slim 7 laptop
ProductI bought the Yoga slim 7 laptop online not too long ago, eh? But man, I've been having some serious issues with it. The darn thing keeps restarting out of the blue, showing me this pesky "blue screen" and making me think there might be some hardware or software gremlins causing trouble. It's been a real headache having to reset it over and over again. And to top it off, the customer service from the company has been a letdown. They take forever to respond and there's a chance they might not even bother, eh? Overall, I wouldn't recommend this product based on the trouble I've been dealing with.
Lenovo Ideapad Slim 3 Purchase
Lenovo Ideapad Slim 3 Purchase
ProductI bought a laptop from this company recently, and while the laptop itself is fine, I had a big problem going through airport security because of how it's designed. The heat distribution system inside the laptop, especially the heat pipe, sets off alarms during security checks, causing all sorts of delays and issues. Despite explaining the situation multiple times to airport staff, the problem keeps happening and it's been a real pain during my travels. When I tried reaching out to the company to fix the issue, they didn't really seem to care or offer any help, which is disappointing considering they claim to care about customer satisfaction. It's just not cool to see such a lack of concern from a company that boasts about their customer service.
Expensive faulty computer
Expensive faulty computer
ProductSo, I've had this fancy computer for a couple of years now, but recently it's been acting up big time. The RAM is messed up, causing it to randomly shut down throughout the day. The worst part is, the RAM is built into the computer, so I can't even replace or fix it. I basically have to throw away a computer that cost me a lot of money. And to top it off, Lenovo's customer service is terrible. Their chatbot is useless, and they haven't even bothered to respond to my messages or take responsibility for the faulty hardware. I'm really disappointed with Lenovo and won't be buying anything from them again. I suggest steering clear of Lenovo too.

ProductI bought a laptop from this company and oh man, it's terrible! The screen looks nice and all, but the quality is so bad. I don't even know why I bothered getting it in the first place. The plastic feels super cheap and it's starting to fall apart. I've had to take it in for repairs twice in only a few months. And now there are weird bubbles on the screen, plus the touch screen isn't even functioning. Such a waste of money, I'm really let down.
