Late delivery, mediocre support

Deliveryworks fine, a few small glitches. Customer service was slow to respond.

DeliveryI almost didn't order this — shipping was already delayed and I was skeptical, especially since I needed something for my bad lower back before a move. Customer service was slow, took ages to reply, but the thing actually helps, so my doubts mostly went away, weirdly.

Deliveryquiet fans, keyboard feels nice when I'm typing for hours, screen is bright for shows. I use it for editing and, well, binge-watching after work. Delivery was messy though — one box went to the wrong address and support was slow, I had to file a PayPal claim. A bit annoying, but the laptop itself? I'm actually pretty happy.

Deliveryif they change delivery, check the drop point early — saves a wasted day.
Doorbell bingo with Lenovo

DeliveryI wouldn't order straight from Lenovo again — the delivery headache wasn't worth it. I saw the laptop on Lenovo's site during a lunch break and a coworker actually tipped me to buy direct to get the best config, so I did. Lenovo picked UPS as the courier (I never would have) and I spent four days waiting at home, refreshing the tracking like it was the playoffs. UPS missed delivery repeatedly and updates were vague, then I emailed Lenovo and got polite but useless replies — no real help, no escalation. Felt annoyed and a little drained. I tried calling too, which was a waste. If you're picky about delivery, think twice.

DeliveryI bought a Laptop P11 recently, but it never showed up even though I paid for it on time. I contacted both the company and the shipping provider, and they confirmed that the laptop wasn't delivered. But I have to give credit to the company for quickly responding and refunding me the full amount.

DeliveryMy experience with the laptop I bought from your company was pretty disappointing. After just a few months, it started acting up, so I had to send it in for repairs. But then, to make matters worse, the FedEx delivery folks ended up making things even more messed up during shipment. And to top it all off, neither the company nor FedEx wanted to admit fault or fix the problem, so now I'm stuck with a busted laptop.

DeliverySo yeah, I ordered a laptop online thinking it would be awesome and get here in like 3 days. But nope, it took forever to show up even though they kept saying it was ready to ship. It's been weeks and still nothing! And they're not even willing to refund me or send a new one. Such a pain!

DeliveryI ordered a tablet, eh, and it never showed up because Lenovo totally messed up the delivery, and now they won't give me my money back. It's been over a month, and I still haven't gotten my refund, eh. Their customer service is just terrible, and they keep fibbing about when I'll get my money back. I'm super mad, eh, and I'll never buy from them again, for sure.

DeliveryI bought a laptop from a big tech company, but ran into a hiccup with their courier service. The courier, who isn't exactly known for being reliable, didn't deliver my laptop and even pretended they did by faking a delivery confirmation. Because of that, the company claimed my laptop was delivered when it really wasn't - no signature or photo. All in all, a pretty crappy service experience.
