Serrated and straight blade replacement October 30, 2023

I was totally amazed when I sent in my trusty multi-tool for a blade replacement recently. I've had the Leatherman Wave for 16 years and was kind of reluctant to let it go, even for just a bit. But let me tell you, the service they provided was top-notch. They not only replaced the blades quickly, but they also tightened and cleaned all the other tools on the multi-tool. The way they paid attention to every little detail and showed how much they care really shows the quality and craftsmanship of their products.
