Delayed order, poor communication
I am so annoyed with the terrible communication and customer service from this company. My order has been delayed and I have no clue why or when it will arrive. I've tried emailing and using their chat service, but no one has responded. It's just awful how they're treating their customers, like we don't matter at all. I have no clue where my order is and I feel totally ignored by this company.
Multitool
I got this multitool, right, but it broke on me. I sent it in for warranty repair or replacement, and then they hit me back saying they couldn't fix it cuz it's an old model. So they scammed me by sending over a cheaper, crappier one instead. I'm cheesed because my old tool was my go-to for everyday carry and all my outdoor escapades. Now this new one they gave me is totally useless. Big companies are all about the money, man, don't give a darn about keeping their customers happy.
