Incorrect phone case
So I bought a phone case from this online shop, but it was for the wrong year of my phone, eh. When I first ordered it, the shipping was just 1.95 euros. But when I wanted to send it back (paid for shipping myself), all of a sudden it was over 5 euros. Seemed like a lot since the case was only 10 euros, you know?
Delayed product, incorrect return information, dismissive customer service
I had a horrible time with this company. I ordered something and it came late. When I tried to return it, they gave me wrong info at first. The next time I tried, they ignored me and said no returns. Plus, they don't do next day shipping to Belgium. I'm not happy about it, that's for sure.
Phone case purchase
I bought a phone case from this online store not long ago. Honestly, I was pretty let down by the quality. The magnetic closure doesn't line up right, so the case doesn't close properly. Plus, the sound doesn't come through clearly because of the case. And on top of that, the tempered glass screen protector broke when my phone fell off my bed! I spent a good chunk of money on this and was hoping for better quality. Next time, I'll stick to shopping in person rather than online stores like this one.
Samsung battery
I bought a Samsung battery from this website because it was cheaper than other sites. They were quick to reply to my questions, which I liked. The delivery took a bit longer because I gave them the wrong address, my bad. I haven't used the battery yet, saving it for later, but I'm happy with the price and service.

Wrong item, expensive return
I bought something for $8, but it was the wrong item. Now, I have to pay $6.95 to return it, which is even more than the $1.95 I paid for shipping! It's so unfair!
Tablet case damaged after 6.5 months
It's absolutely ridiculous that the customer service would admit that my tablet case is damaged after only 6.5 months, and then turn around and say they can't do anything about it because their return policy is only valid for up to 6 months. What kind of nonsense is that? It's obvious that the quality of their products is lacking if something as simple as a tablet case can't even last a year without falling apart. I was hoping for better from a company that says they provide top-notch accessories, but now I realize that they're just another greedy corporation trying to make a quick buck.
Incorrect keyboard ordered
I ordered a keyboard online, eh? Turns out I got the wrong model, eh? I didn't even know there were different types. The website said I could return it for free, but when I called customer service, they said I had to pay for shipping. That's not fair, eh? Customers shouldn't have to pay for something that's not their fault because the website wasn't clear, eh?
Online order
At 2:00 pm, I had to wait an extra 10 days to get my order. The updates I got from tracking it just made me more mad because they kept saying it was coming soon, but then it would get delayed again. I complained and Knaldeals sent me another product to make up for it, which was nice of them. But then, 10 days later, I got two of the same product, so I had to go through the trouble of sending one back. It was a pretty annoying experience overall.
Phone case purchase
I was super pumped to get a new phone case from this store, but when I didn't dig it and tried to bring it back, they told me I had to cough up $6.95 to ship it back or else I wouldn't get my cash back. Not cool, man! I won't shop there again and I'll make sure to warn all my buddies to steer clear too.
Bluetooth earbuds purchase
I recently bought a set of Bluetooth earbuds from this store. However, after only a month, I started having problems with them. There was this annoying whistling sound coming from the buds that hurt my ears a lot. I contacted customer service, and they said they would test the buds. A week later, they told me the buds were working fine, even though the issue was still there. I was really let down by the product and how the company didn't fix the problem.
Smartphone case purchase
Don't shop at this place, eh! They sell junk from China at crazy high prices. Their customer service is terrible, and they actually wanted to charge me 16.5 euros just to return something. This store cheats people by using different names, even pretending to be Belgian. But when you have a problem with something you bought or how it was delivered, they don't help at all. They always bring up their stupid "terms and conditions" when you try to talk to them.
green phone case, not blue
I got this phone case online thinking it was green, but it ended up being blue when it arrived. Not only that, it's already got scratches after just three days. So disappointing, the quality is so bad!
