The website was super easy to use, I could find my perfect pair of jeans with lots of sizes to choose from. They kept me updated on my order the whole time, and it arrived really quickly. When it showed up, I was so impressed with the packaging and how to return them if needed, but mostly, the jeans were even better than I thought they'd be. Thanks a lot!

First time using AbeBooks. There were multiple suppliers for the book I wanted, so I chose one based on the listed condition. However, the book I received wasn't in the condition they said it was in, with crease lines on the covers and spine. Just a heads up to be careful with the condition listings on there.

At 2:00 pm, I had to wait an extra 10 days to get my order. The updates I got from tracking it just made me more mad because they kept saying it was coming soon, but then it would get delayed again. I complained and Knaldeals sent me another product to make up for it, which was nice of them. But then, 10 days later, I got two of the same product, so I had to go through the trouble of sending one back. It was a pretty annoying experience overall.
