I bought 2 pairs of shoes for my elderly parents, but unfortunately, the wide size didn't fit my father. When I tried to return them, it was such a frustrating process. They wanted photos of the shoes, but then denied the return because it was outside their return window. Why make it so difficult if they weren't going to take them back anyway? The customer service person was not helpful at all, and even ignored me when I asked to talk to a manager. After weeks of back and forth, they finally agreed to give me a refund, but the whole thing was just not worth it. I won't be ordering from them again.

I got these shoes and after only six months, the insole wore down so much! The rest of the shoes are still okay, but the insole is a total disaster. The customer service people were not helpful at all, just giving me the same canned answers. So disappointed in the quality.

I talked to customer service and they said it's normal wear and tear, but eh, I never had that happen with my other shoes. I wouldn't recommend these unless you wanna keep replacing them all the time. Also, I tried to leave a review on their site, but they won't publish it so people don't know about my bad experience, eh.
