Bought four pairs
I thought the hands-free design of the shoes was super handy at first. But when I actually wore them for a bit, I noticed that the shoelaces and tongue kept slipping in, which was so annoying and uncomfortable. I was hoping for better quality and performance given how much I spent on them.
Faulty shoes, poor customer service
The shoes I bought at first seemed really good, but after a year, they got a hole in the toe. When I got a new pair, the same thing happened again. Even though I gave them another shot, they still sent the order to the wrong address, even though it was on my credit card. Customer service did nothing to fix their mistake, so needless to say, I was really let down.
2 pairs of shoes for elderly parents
I bought 2 pairs of shoes for my elderly parents, but unfortunately, the wide size didn't fit my father. When I tried to return them, it was such a frustrating process. They wanted photos of the shoes, but then denied the return because it was outside their return window. Why make it so difficult if they weren't going to take them back anyway? The customer service person was not helpful at all, and even ignored me when I asked to talk to a manager. After weeks of back and forth, they finally agreed to give me a refund, but the whole thing was just not worth it. I won't be ordering from them again.
My shoes
I got these shoes and after only six months, the insole wore down so much! The rest of the shoes are still okay, but the insole is a total disaster. The customer service people were not helpful at all, just giving me the same canned answers. So disappointed in the quality.
Shoe purchase
I bought these shoes, eh, and the soles didn't even last a year! I only wore them once in a while, and there was a hole in the heel of both shoes. I talked to customer service and they said it's normal wear and tear, but eh, I never had that happen with my other shoes. I wouldn't recommend these unless you wanna keep replacing them all the time. Also, I tried to leave a review on their site, but they won't publish it so people don't know about my bad experience, eh.
