Lipstick-like face oil
This product is a total disaster. It's like putting on lipstick, but instead of looking nice, it just makes your face all oily. I put it on before heading out for a walk, and when I got back, my face was a magnet for tiny bugs that got stuck in the sticky mess. Cleaning it off was a nightmare. I wouldn't even give this product one star, it's that bad.

Oh my gosh, this store is seriously amazing for makeup! I found this really cute lip gloss and mascara that makes me feel like a total queen. The products are top-notch and make me look so good. Discount code issue
So, I tried to use my discount code but it wasn't working when I logged into Pay Pal. I had to email them so many times and finally heard back after what felt like forever, but they didn't really help me at all. They just told me to try again and send some screenshots. I did that right away, but now I'm stuck waiting in silence. It's not cool because I actually really liked their stuff, but now I don't think I'll ever shop there again or tell my friends to.
Missing Order
I'm so upset because the stuff I ordered never showed up. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they're not getting back to me at all. It totally ruined the surprise I had planned for my daughter's birthday. I can't even get in touch with the company now. I'm really disappointed with how they've handled things and how long it's taking for my things to get here. It feels like I've been robbed.

Oh man, the face pencil, neutralizer pencil, and eye concealer I ordered were a total disappointment! They looked so cheap and didn't even match my skin tone. On top of that, they were super hard to apply and didn't blend well at all. Such a waste of my time and money!

Honestly, what a waste of money. I bought three shades because of all the great reviews, but I was so let down by how sticky they were and the gross smell. It felt like I was putting Vaseline on my lips. I should've just bought a sample pot off eBay instead. Total regrets.

So I got this little set, eh? I was all pumped to give it a go since all the influencers online were raving about it. But wouldn't you know it, the free shipping wasn't available to me! Can you believe that? So I tried to cancel my order, but the customer service was just grating on my nerves. They claimed I gave them the wrong order number, which I definitely didn't! I even sent them a screenshot to prove it. And get this, they never did cancel my order! So here I am stuck with this crummy product that felt like slime on my face. And on top of that, it looked terrible on me. And the cherry on top? I couldn't even send it back! I tried to leave a review on their website, but there wasn't an option for that. Just a total waste of $80.

I bought a beauty product from this company and it was a huge mistake. It was terrible, like cheap powder in Vaseline. It didn't work at all like they said it would. When I tried to get a refund by contacting customer service, they totally ignored me. They didn't reply to any of my emails. Thankfully, my credit card company helped me get my money back. I definitely don't recommend buying anything from this company. I don't understand how they have any good reviews.
