    Developing equipment and two lenses ordered

    I made the mistake of ordering some developing equipment and two lenses from this place, and let me tell you, it's been a nightmare. Everything had to be special ordered, and for one of the orders, I've been waiting for weeks. Now I gotta wait even longer for the two lenses. The whole process has been frustrating and taking up way too much of my time. I wish I never found this site. I'm for sure not gonna deal with them again.

    Camera repair service experience

    I recently had a not-so-great experience with the repair service at the London ON location. I brought in my camera for a fix and had to keep calling multiple times for two weeks just to get an update. It was really frustrating because I was put on hold for so long every time, and the info I got was all over the place. When I finally heard back, I was surprised to find out that the repair cost was way more than what the store clerk initially told me. The lack of clear info and communication made the whole thing a total nightmare.

    I bought a camera from this store, and let me tell you, I am really disappointed with how things went down. The website said they had the camera in stock, so obviously, I went ahead and ordered it. But then, I got in touch with customer service right after placing my order, and they hit me with the news that the camera wasn't actually available. They said they were waiting on the manufacturer because of some delays. It's frustrating to see the website change to "out of stock - order now for earliest delivery" only after I had already bought it. It's been weeks now, and I'm still waiting for the camera to show up.

    Printer ink set

    I had a really frustrating experience with this online store lately. I ordered a printer ink set for $200 over a month ago, but then my account got locked out because they were doing updates on the website. It took me a whole week just to get back into my account, and when I did, all my past orders were gone - including the ink set order. I've tried everything to get in touch with customer service - emails, phone calls, even requested a call back and tried online chat. But it's been 5 weeks since I made the order, and 1.5 weeks since I've been trying to reach them, and still no response.

    Camera battery grip

    I was so pumped to snag this camera battery grip at Henry's because they claim to price match and give you even more of a deal. But you know what? They totally dropped the ball! I found a whopping $420 difference, and they straight-up didn't follow their own policy. I talked to this dude named Scott online, and he was seriously rude about the whole thing. He told me that the price match is only for in-store purchases, and they wouldn't match such a huge gap. What a scam! I even showed them screenshots, but they just brushed it off. They've definitely lost my business.

    Camera repair service

    I recently went to the camera repair service at the store in Kanata, and honestly, it was a pretty disappointing experience. I took my camera in last April because there were water droplets on the rear screen and I was hoping for a quick and proper fix. But, after waiting over two and a half months to get my camera back, I was pretty let down. Most of the water stains were gone, but there were still marks left on the top and side of the screen. I sent it back for more repairs, but when it finally came back about three months later, the rear screen had been replaced with a beat-up, scratched one that didn't fit properly. Despite me explaining the issue, the camera kept coming back from the repair shop without the problem being fixed. After not having my camera for seven to eight months, I decided to just give up on the repairs because it felt like a lost cause. Throughout this whole ordeal, the lack of interest and communication from the staff at the store was so frustrating and unprofessional. They kept using the wrong email address for me, even though I tried to correct it, which just showed a level of incompetence that I can't accept from a reputable store. Overall, my experience with the camera repair service at Henry's has been pretty disappointing, and I definitely won't be going back there.

    Lens purchase gone wrong

    So, I recently bought a lens from Henry's, or so I thought. It took forever for my order to arrive, so I decided to check in on the status. Turns out, Henry's had no record of my order, even though I showed them the confirmation email. Pretty annoyed with their lack of organization, I told them I didn't want the lens anymore and found a better option somewhere else. But then, Henry's reached out to tell me they actually did send the lens that I supposedly never ordered. Now, I'm stuck with this lens I didn't want and they aren't communicating properly. This isn't the first time I've had issues with Henry's, like that one time they charged me for two lenses by mistake. Needless to say, I don't trust their services as much anymore.

    My camera lens

    I was so excited to receive my new camera lens from Henrys, but man was I let down. I waited forever and had to bug them like 4 times just to find out where my package was. I even went to their store in Toronto to talk to them in person, and they were so rude to me! They made me feel like my lens was worthless and not worth their time. Like, come on, I needed it for school, okay? Don't judge me for trying to save money! And then they made it really difficult for me to get any updates on my order. Ugh, I'm never buying from them again.

    I recently bought a new camera and it was a total disaster. The website said they had it in stock, so I placed my order. Turns out, a week later they told me it wasn't actually available. I tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but got no info on my order. When I went to the store in person, an employee told me they didn't know if they'd ever get the camera. The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing due to the lack of communication and wrong info.
