I just bought this really nice dress from an online store and it was such a great experience. My daughter, who shops online a lot, told me about this company and she was right, it's awesome. I've had some bad experiences shopping online before (like having to report a fake company for fraud), so I was a bit nervous. But this dress I got from this store was even better than I expected, both in quality and how it fits.

I had a little problem with a return I did - instead of getting my money back, I only got store credit. I reached out to customer service and explained that I didn't plan on using the store credit. They totally understood and gave me a refund right away. I was really impressed with how they handled everything and how they were so willing to help me out.

The customer service at this place is fantastic. I had a little problem with my mini dress and Lisa from their team was super helpful and friendly. She fixed the issue fast and even gave me a store credit as a nice gesture. I really liked how she talked to me and dealt with everything. Thanks, Lisa for going the extra mile!
