I got in touch with customer service for help, and Gwen was super helpful in sorting things out with the payment provider. It took a couple of weeks of emailing back and forth, but we finally got it all sorted. Even though I had to send back the dresses I bought because they didn't fit right, I was really impressed with the help I got from Gwen. She went above and beyond to help me out, and I really appreciate it.
