Shoes issue resolution

I recently had a problem with a fancy pair of shoes I bought at Harvey Nichols, so I reached out to their customer service for help. Even though the quality of the shoes was disappointing, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and effectively their team addressed my issue. I purchased the shoes in June, but after just three months, they started showing wear and tear, which I found unacceptable considering how much I paid for them. The folks at Harvey Nichols stepped in right away and were able to get the brand involved, leading to a solution where the brand agreed to cover the repair costs. I'm grateful for the efforts of both Harvey Nichols and the brand, but this whole experience has me thinking twice about buying more luxury items from that brand in the future.

Black leather heels

The service at this store was amazing, eh? One of the staff members, Ali, really went above and beyond to help me find those black leather heels I was after. Not only did she help me find them, but she also made sure I got them right away with next day delivery. Her hard work and helpfulness made my shopping trip so much better, eh? I can't thank her enough for the great service. I'm super happy with my purchase and will definitely be coming back to this store in the future.

Mum's birthday present

I went to Harvey Nichols in Edinburgh with my mom to get her some fancy perfume for her birthday. We met this lady named Mandy who works with the nice smelling stuff. She was super friendly and helped my mom choose the perfect fragrance. Mandy was really knowledgeable and didn't hurry us at all. We had a great time in the store!

I recently had a great experience with a staff member at the makeup counter named Margaret. She was so professional and friendly, it really stood out to me. Every time I go to the store, she always goes the extra mile to help customers, including me. I never felt pressured to buy anything, and I always left happy with my choices. I even made an appointment for me and my daughter to get our makeup done by Margaret next week. I'm really excited for it because I know we'll get amazing service from her. It's the personal touch that makes a difference, and Margaret is really good at that. I really hope she gets the recognition she deserves for all her hard work.

I just had a makeup consultation at the cosmetics section. The lady who helped me was really nice and knew her stuff. She took the time to explain what she was doing and made sure I was comfy the whole time. She knew the products well and suggested the ones that would work best for me. It was a great experience and I was happy with the service.

I just got my watch fixed at one of the stores, and I have to say, it was a great experience. The manager, Charlie, was so professional and knew his stuff. He kept me updated with emails during the whole process, which was awesome. I really liked how they took such good care of my watch and paid attention to all the little details. Big thanks to the team for doing such a fantastic job!

My mom brought me to the store to get some nice scents and this guy, Dariusz, was amazing! He knew everything about the fragrances and was really friendly. He didn't pressure us to buy anything and allowed us to try out all the different options. He was the best employee we've ever encountered!

Tailored trousers purchase

I bought some pants at this store not long ago and the salesperson told me that loyalty members get free alterations. They told me to come back with my shoes for the fitting, but when I did, they said I had to pay for the alterations. Even though they promised me this service, they didn't keep their word. On top of that, I tried to complain but haven't heard back from them almost two weeks later.

Michelle, the staff member who helped me, was really professional and knew her stuff when it came to finding me the perfect pair. She knew all about the different styles and brands they had, and answered all my questions without any trouble. Thanks to her excellent customer service, my shopping experience was smooth and enjoyable.

New Clothes

The store was really great and the service was amazing! This girl, Aoife, was so friendly and helpful. She knew a lot about the clothes and made shopping a blast. It's been a while since I've been here, but I'll definitely be coming back now!
