Harvey Nichols - Reviews and experiences

I bought this bag from the Harey Nichols website thinking it was authentic, but I was totally mistaken! When the bag arrived, it was all tangled up and had strange foam and tape. When I opened it, the strap broke right off! The zipper was also messed up and there were random threads inside. I had to send it back and now I'm waiting forever to get my money back. Harey Nichols, that's not cool at all. I don't think I'll shop there again. Gucci deserves better, for real.

I bought a box of chocolates as a gift from Harvey Nichols, but I was really let down by what happened. The chocolates had a best before date only four weeks away, so I felt really awkward about giving them as a gift. When I asked Harvey Nichols for a refund or exchange, I couldn't believe they said no because it was in their rules. I think as someone who shops at a fancy store, I deserve better customer service. So, I'll be shopping somewhere else from now on.

I went to the store the other day to exchange a belt for a smaller size. But they said they couldn't do it because you only have 14 days to make a return. I was pretty disappointed by this, especially since their stuff is so expensive. The belt was brand new, still in the packaging. I just wanted to swap it out, not get a refund. Can you believe that?

I bought a pair of earrings from this fancy store, but they ended up breaking after only a few days! I called customer service, and then I had to make the trek all the way to their London store to try to exchange them. The manager there was really rude and told me I couldn't get a refund right away. They said they had to send the earrings back to the brand, and it would take 5 weeks for me to get my money back! It's been over 5 weeks now, and I still haven't heard anything. I even sent them an email to express my complaints, but I haven't received a response! I swear, I'm never shopping there again!

All they said was they'd refund the delivery fee and told me to send it back to get the tag off. They didn't even say how long that would take!
