Harvey Nichols - Reviews and experiences

My time at Harvey Nichols was quite a ride. I bought a piece of clothing online, but was bummed out when it came incomplete. I contacted customer service and they said they would search for the missing part. After waiting six weeks without any updates, I had to bug them for info. The lack of communication was frustrating. They eventually gave me a partial refund, which didn't make up for all the trouble. But then, out of the blue, they stepped up their game. They offered me prosecco and chocolate as an apology for the delay. Today, the missing piece finally arrived, and I have to give credit where it's due - they made it right in the end.

So, I was super pumped to surprise my mom for her big 4-0 with this cute handbag, you know? But then, when I went to order it from that fancy store's site, they hit me with a total bummer - "Oh, sorry, we don't actually have that bag" - just 48 hours later! I was so disappointed, man. So, I shot them an email and their response was straight-up snoozeville, didn't even help me out at all, ugh! They were all, "Hey, here's a 10% discount on your next purchase, but only if you give us a ring first and mention this special code," like who needs that kind of hassle, ya dig? Not cool at all, dudes.
