Harvey Nichols - Reviews and experiences

I recently ordered a lot of wine from Harvey Nichols for an event, expecting to get everything I needed. Unfortunately, I got way less than what I ordered, which was pretty disappointing. I needed all of it for the event. To make matters worse, the documentation was all messed up, which just added to the confusion and hassle. I had to contact customer service to figure things out, but they didn't even say sorry for the mistake. They said they would give me a refund, but it would take up to 10 days, which seemed like a long time for their mess-up. This whole ordeal made me doubt Harvey Nichols' order system and if they really care about giving customers the right info on time.

As a customer of Harvey Nichols, I recently bought a designer handbag. Unfortunately, when I got my order, I was disappointed to see that I got the wrong item. I quickly contacted their customer service team but the responses were slow and they didn't seem urgent to fix the issue. After waiting for days for them to check with their suppliers, I was told that the bag I wanted was already sold out. So, I had no choice but to return the wrong item. Not only was I bothered by their mistake, but I also had to go through the trouble of printing a shipping label and bringing it to a DHL store to return. And the fact that I might not even get a refund for their error just makes it worse. This kind of service is not okay at all, and I would advise others to think twice before shopping at Harvey Nichols in the future.
