Harvey Nichols - Reviews and experiences

Harvey Nichols sent me a bogus perfume that I ordered online. I paid $129 for the Satin Mood scent, but when it arrived, I could tell straight away it was a fake. I sent it back to Harvey Nichols to check, but they said it was real and sent it back to me. I feel like they're trying to pull a fast one on me and I'm not happy with their service. I won't be buying from them ever again. Watch out if you're thinking about ordering from Harvey Nichols online.

The lip gloss I got is so shiny and looks amazing on my lips! The store was really cool, and the lady who helped me choose it was the nicest ever. She knew everything about lip gloss and made me feel like a beauty queen when I walked out!

It felt like they were not taking me seriously and didn't want to make things right. As a loyal customer, I expected better treatment and a more satisfying solution. I won't be buying from Harvey Nichols again, I'll stick to other stores for luxury items.
