I just reached out to the company about my resistance band breaking, and I have to say, I was really happy with how they treated me. Sarah, the customer service rep, got back to me in under 5 minutes and was super helpful. We chatted back and forth a bit to make sure I got the right replacement band. After just 4 emails, everything was sorted and my new band is already on its way. I'm really impressed with how well the customer service team handled everything.

I was stoked to give the at-home workout gear from this company a go, thinking it would be just the ticket to help me get toned. Unfortunately, the darn thing broke back in February. I got in touch with customer service, and they said they'd send a replacement once they had more in stock. But it's been three months now, and I haven't heard a peep. I'm still holding out hope for that replacement, but if I don't hear back soon, I'll have to ask for a refund instead.

I just bought this super handy product that I've been using for my workouts, and I'm really happy with it. It's perfect for all kinds of exercises and has definitely stepped up my workout game. But, I was bummed to discover that there's no working Play Store app for it yet, even though it was advertised. I was really excited to use an app to track my workouts, so it was a bit disappointing.

OMG, that was seriously the best thing ever! I recently bought an exercise bike, some weights, and now I do an hour run every day. It's really helping me get in shape and feel amazing. I just wanted to say thank you for carrying such awesome stuff at your store!
