I won't be buying from them again — customer support was basically non-existent. I accidentally ordered during a hectic move and with my already sore back I needed to cancel right away. I called probably a dozen times over two days, left voicemails, and the automated message just said they're helping other customers and to call back or email. I sent several emails, never even got a receipt or auto-reply, nothing. Felt like talking to a wall. Kind of annoying and honestly a bit funny in a tragic way, but I lost patience — not worth the stress. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone, really.

The service at this store is really not up to par. I've tried to get in touch through email and phone a bunch of times, but no one ever gets back to me. It's frustrating to feel like you're all alone when there's a problem with your order.<br><br>On top of that, I wasn't too happy about having to pay for return shipping, especially when I couldn't even get a response to my request to cancel the order. The lack of communication and help from the customer service team has really let me down and left me feeling pretty bummed out about the whole experience. Plus, I've realized that a lot of the stuff they sell here is cheaper at other stores.<br><br>I'm thinking I'll be spending weeks trying to sort out this mess of an order, which is definitely not what I expected when I chose to shop here.
