The service at this store is really not up to par. I've tried to get in touch through email and phone a bunch of times, but no one ever gets back to me. It's frustrating to feel like you're all alone when there's a problem with your order.<br><br>On top of that, I wasn't too happy about having to pay for return shipping, especially when I couldn't even get a response to my request to cancel the order. The lack of communication and help from the customer service team has really let me down and left me feeling pretty bummed out about the whole experience. Plus, I've realized that a lot of the stuff they sell here is cheaper at other stores.<br><br>I'm thinking I'll be spending weeks trying to sort out this mess of an order, which is definitely not what I expected when I chose to shop here.
