PriceThe products were way too expensive and didn't even work on my skin. I felt like I got tricked into buying into the hype just to end up let down. The customer service was pretty bad and not helpful when I tried to share my worries. The prices were crazy high for basically just fancy water in nice packaging. And on top of it all, the delivery took forever to show up.
