Small win for my skin
Small win for my skin
ProductI tried the set on a whim, honestly low expectations after wasting cash on trendy lines before. The moment I knew it worked was the third morning — woke up and my skin actually looked calmer, smoother, like less red and not puffy. That little relief made me smile, kind of quietly happy. Customer service was helpful when I had a question, shipping arrived on time. It’s not cheap and I don’t love the scent, but results mattered. So yes, glad I gave it a shot; felt like money well spent this time, actually
Moved, skin freakout — mixed results
Moved, skin freakout — mixed results
ProductI grabbed these after moving provinces and my skin had been a wreck — dry patches, red cheeks, you know the fun. I almost didn’t order, reviews were mixed and I get hives easily, so yeah, had doubts. After a couple weeks the face oil and the glow lotion actually calmed things down and look less angry, so those doubts faded. The nourishing cream changed colour from what I remembered though, and the body butter at first felt heavy and left some spots drier, so I’m still iffy about that one. Overall, pleasantly surprised but honestly cautious.

I wasn't sure about this at first, mostly because my back's been acting up and I only wanted a tiny lumbar roll, not a shipping circus. My partner ordered it and I thought, well okay, sure — let's see. I was also skeptical of their "we're green" spiel; sounded like marketing, so I braced for junk.
When the package showed up I actually laughed — two 4-inch boxes inside an 18x12x6 monster, stuffed with black netting and paper. The roll itself? It helps my lower back a lot, so that erased the big purchase worry pretty quickly. The eco-claim though still feels a bit off; calling it curbside recyclable doesn't hide the waste. Bit annoying, sure, but the product works, delivery was fast, customer service was helpful when I asked, and the price wasn't crazy. Mixed bag — happy with the item, side-eyeing the packaging. I'll probably reorder the item, but next time I'll ask for less drama and less paper.
Face care products
Face care products
ProductI bought some face care stuff from this store not too long ago, and honestly, I'm pretty disappointed. The facial soap didn't lather up nicely, the moisturizer made my skin all oily, and the exfoliator didn't make any difference to my skin's texture. It's kinda sad to see a famous celeb put their name on products that don't deliver like they should. Long story short, I won't be buying from this brand again.
Lavender scented candle
Lavender scented candle
ProductI bought a lavender scented candle from your store not long ago, and honestly, I was really let down by it. The smell wasn't as strong as I thought it would be, and the candle didn't burn evenly, so there was a bunch of wax left at the bottom of the jar. Considering what I paid for it, I was hoping for something much better.
"G. Label by Goop square-neck dress"
"G. Label by Goop square-neck dress"
ProductI got this G. Label by Goop square-neck dress on sale, but it came all dirty and used, which was a bummer. There were no sale tags on it either. I tried contacting customer service through email and social media, but no one has gotten back to me yet. Now I have to deal with paying to get it cleaned because of the poor quality it arrived in. It's really annoying.
Beauty products purchase
Beauty products purchase
ProductI bought some beauty products from this company the other day and man, I gotta tell ya, I was super disappointed. The stuff used to be great, but now it's like they've gone downhill. The face cream looks different and whatever they're putting in there is making my skin break out in hives and crazy dry. Total waste of money, eh.

ProductAlthough Goop's lifestyle products might be attractive to some people, I wouldn't recommend buying their skincare items. The company has been criticized for promoting information that isn't scientifically proven and for selling skincare and makeup that might not work for everyone. Personally, I prefer products that are transparent and based on evidence when it comes to taking care of my skin, and unfortunately, Goop doesn't meet those standards. I suggest that people looking into their skincare products do thorough research before making a purchase.

ProductI recently bought some skincare products from your store and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with how good they are. My skin has definitely improved a lot since I started using them. The customer service I got was top-notch, quick, and really professional. I've ordered a few other things from your store too and everything has been great. Thanks for making shopping so easy and fun!
Glow Toner
Glow Toner
ProductI bought a toner from this company recently and was pretty bummed when I discovered bugs inside the product. I always thought this brand was top-notch, so it was a letdown. When I reached out to customer service about it, they weren't very helpful and basically just said I was on my own. I even suggested sending them photos of the bugs, but they weren't interested.
Overpriced misleading clothing

ProductHonestly, it shouldn't be that difficult to properly show what your products really look like. The clothes I got were totally different from what was shown on the site. Not cool, eh?
Women's wellness product
Women's wellness product
ProductDespite being really excited to try out this product, I ended up super bummed out by the information and messaging around it. They were pushing some sketchy and possibly harmful stuff, like suggesting people put eggs in their vagina, which just isn't safe or responsible. I expect factual and science-backed info about my health and wellness as a customer, and I think spreading this kind of false info is not cool at all. It's so important to have access to trustworthy health info nowadays, so it's a major letdown to see a brand endorsing these risky practices. Hopefully, Goop takes a step back and rethinks how they approach women's health, putting their customer's well-being first.
