Communicationit did start conversations — just not the kind I signed up for. Tried to leave feedback via the seller and ran into a wall (couldn’t post directly), which felt odd — not very consumer friendly. So, the product delivered a laugh, some regrets, and a bit of work. If you want a cheeky prop that actually smells lovely and doesn’t redecorate your room in soot, look elsewhere.

CommunicationI had a total nightmare dealing with an online purchase and their customer service. I accidentally ordered something and tried to cancel it right away. But no matter how many emails I sent or calls I made over two days, I couldn't reach anyone. The phone was always busy and all I got was a message saying they were too busy. It was so frustrating and felt so unprofessional.
