CommunicationI had a total nightmare dealing with an online purchase and their customer service. I accidentally ordered something and tried to cancel it right away. But no matter how many emails I sent or calls I made over two days, I couldn't reach anyone. The phone was always busy and all I got was a message saying they were too busy. It was so frustrating and felt so unprofessional.
