I waited soooo long for my mattress, seriously, it took forevaaa! And when it finally came, it smelled so bad like chemicals, ewww. And then when I tried to return it, they said no refunds because it's "personal." Like what?! So scammy!

I bought a pillow from this company, thinking it would be firm and high lofted as they said. But what I got was totally different than what they promised. I had to reach out to customer service a bunch of times to start the return process, and when I finally did, I had to pay for the shipping myself. It's been more than 3 weeks now and I still haven't gotten my refund.

I ordered some bedsheets as Christmas presents way back in November, but they still haven't shown up. When I gave customer service a call, they mentioned that the delivery got pushed back to the end of January. I was pretty ticked off because they didn't let me know sooner! And to top it off, this guy Ryan, who claimed to be a supervisor, was super rude when we talked on the phone. He tried to say that I was given a heads up about the delay, but that's definitely not true! It drives me crazy when folks don't pay attention to what you're saying.
