Ghostbed - Reviews and experiences

I recently bought a bundle that came with a bed, foundation, pillows, and sheets. My experience with the company hasn't been great. The bed and frame arrived quickly, but I only got one pillow instead of the two that were supposed to come with the bundle. I've been contacting them every month to ask about the missing pillow and sheets, but they keep giving me excuses and dragging their feet. During a recent call, they said they couldn't help me because I hadn't sent them a photo of the box that had the one pillow in it. This lack of communication and responsibility on their part has really annoyed and disappointed me. I get that small businesses have their struggles, but not letting me know about backorders and taking so long to fulfill my order is just not cool. I've lost trust in the company and don't think I'll ever get those missing items.
