I recently bought a new mattress from this company and was pretty disappointed with the customer service. A few days after setting up my new mattress, I saw a promotion from another store selling the same product for half the price. When I contacted their Customer Service Representative to ask about a price match, they told me they don't do price matching. I was surprised by this, especially since they advertise a 101-night money-back guarantee. When I brought up the guarantee, I was told that because I mentioned the price issue, the guarantee was no longer valid. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but unfortunately, got an even more rigid and unhelpful response. I was left feeling frustrated and thinking about how a company with such customer service policies can keep going.

I had a bit of a problem with the pricing of a mattress I wanted to buy recently. The prices just kept changing and different people were giving me different quotes. I was just trying to switch between two models, but the price difference didn't make sense to me. Luckily, I talked to a guy named Johnathon and he was able to sort it all out for me.
