This whole thing has been so darn frustrating, eh? I picked this company 'cause they said they had the Venus Williams mattress in stock and ready to ship right away, but then they hit me with a shipping delay. I agreed to switch to a different mattress that they said was good to go, but it's been four days and still no tracking info. Feels like they're fibbing about stuff being ready to ship when it's not. I'm about ready to throw in the towel and look for another company to buy from, ya know?

My bed arrived completely smashed and ruined, like they threw it out of a plane. I used up all my allowance on it and now I can't even sleep on it. I'm super angry and need my mom to call the company right away.

I got this bed and ordering it was so easy. They dropped it off, but I wish I could have chosen the day. Putting it together was a breeze and now I sleep like a baby. The only issue was that the instructions were all in French, no English. But I'd still recommend it to my buddies because it's totally worth it.

I bought a mattress topper nearly two months back, but I've been dealing with delays in getting it delivered. I've reached out to them several times, and all they say is that they'll give me a tracking number "later today." It looks like they're having a hard time keeping up with orders and might be using new customers' money to finish older orders. I'd recommend staying away from this company.

I ordered some bedsheets as Christmas presents way back in November, but they still haven't shown up. When I gave customer service a call, they mentioned that the delivery got pushed back to the end of January. I was pretty ticked off because they didn't let me know sooner! And to top it off, this guy Ryan, who claimed to be a supervisor, was super rude when we talked on the phone. He tried to say that I was given a heads up about the delay, but that's definitely not true! It drives me crazy when folks don't pay attention to what you're saying.
