ServiceMy experience with this company was really disappointing, eh. I felt like the customer service was more about making a sale than actually helping me out. It was frustrating when my questions got ignored and I felt like nobody really cared about me as a customer. The lack of communication and follow-up just added to my dissatisfaction. It seems like this company cares more about making money than building a good relationship with their customers, ya know?
