ProductI bought a pair of boots from this company not too long ago and boy, was I let down. The quality was just awful. They had all sorts of problems - scuffed leather, scratches on the heel, even white marks on the top. I tried getting in touch with customer service a bunch of times, sent emails and made calls, but got zero response. I even asked to speak with a manager, but nothing. The total lack of communication and the subpar product have left me feeling super disappointed.
